Production & Shipping

  • Ready-made items typically ship or are ready for pick up within 1 day, while custom orders may take up to 10 days to complete. I’ll provide an estimated timeline when you order.

  • Yes, depending on availability! If you need something quickly, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Please note that depending on the order, you may be charged a rush fee.

  • We offer free letter mail shipping for greeting cards, air fresheners, keychains, and other small, flat items. If your order qualifies, this option will be available at checkout.

    Larger items, such as drinkware and apparel, are shipped via standard flat-rate shipping for $16. If you need expedited shipping, additional costs will apply—please contact us for details!
