From Basement Hustle to One-of-a-Kind Keepsakes
Hey, I’m Linnea!
My journey into card-making started back in 2013, when my sister and I turned our parents’ basement into a DIY stationery shop, creating cards for anyone who’d support a couple of crafty kids.
Life took us in different directions, but I never stopped creating. Even in a cramped dorm room, I kept designing, proving that passion doesn’t need much space- just a little paper and persistence. Fast forward to today, and what once was a small side project has grown into a shop filled with witty, heartfelt, and totally you greeting cards and gifts.
Now based in Red Deer, AB, I balance running Card Construction with my full time career in mental health and addiction alongside my family. Through it all, my mission has stayed the same: to create cards and gifts that bring people closer, spark real connection, and make life’s little moments even more special.
